Surge is a place where preteens grades 5 and 6, can come and learn how to PLUG INTO GOD’S POWER, with high voltage teaching about God’s Word and prayer.
Our desire at Family Worship Center is to show our kids that plugging into God’s Power is the secret to a lifetime of victory in the kingdom of God. We believe God’s power is available for everyone, but it is up to every young person to draw on this power. We constantly emphasize three vital areas of “plugging into” the things of God through the Word, time in prayer, and going to church. We also focus on subjects such as friends, school, choices, and other preteen subjects. Surge is an exciting environment of preteen fun and instruction that eases the transition from elementary to middle school.
We have services every Sunday night at 6pm in the Surge room.
